“Nobody Loves You” At A.C.T
It was really fun to work with Gaby Alter on his music for this hilarious spoof on dating shows. The book writer was Itamar Moses who wrote The Band’s Visit - one of my favorite shows I’ve seen on Broadway. It’s always great to get some rehearsal time with the creative team before starting the show. It was also very cool to work with our MD from New York, Jane Cardona, who is a great player and music director. Having a good MD and other musicians always makes the experience fun and easy.
